How Does Permanent Teeth in 24 Hours Work?

Woman smiling before and after getting new teeth

With traditional methods, getting permanent teeth can take up to 10+ months. So how is it possible for you to get permanent teeth in 24 hours at Nuvia?

It’s simpler than you may think - full mouth dental implants is all that we do. So we’ve created a process that puts your safety, convenience, and smile first.

Our in-house lab, advanced technology, and highly experienced team — including an oral surgeon, restorative dentist, and CRNA — work together to design, place, and deliver your custom zirconia teeth the day after your implants are placed. It’s a process we’ve refined by doing it day in and day out, giving patients back their smiles.

Living with Dental Implants FAQs

How long does it take for dental implants to heal?

The initial healing period for All-on-4® implants typically takes about 3-4 months, during which the implant fuses with the bone. Full healing and adaptation to the implants may take up to 6 months but not everyone will have the same experience.

Is it hard to eat with full mouth dental implants?

Patients can use their permanent teeth as soon as they have them; however, patients are instructed to stick to a soft food diet at first. Each case is different but typically after 4+ months your doctor will meet with you to clear you to eat whatever you’d like. Many individuals who get dental implants after missing teeth for so long, may have more of an adjustment period.

Is it hard to talk with dental implants?

There might be a brief adjustment period where patients get used to the feel of the implants in your mouth, especially if they have been missing teeth for some time. However, most patients find that any speech issues return to normal quickly and depending on their circumstances beforehand, may even improve compared to before the procedure. Individual experiences will vary.

How do you clean under full mouth dental implants?

Cleaning under All-on-4® implants involves using a water flosser or waterpik to remove debris and plaque. Additionally, maintaining regular brushing, using non-abrasive toothpaste, and routine dental check-ups are crucial for ensuring the longevity and health of the implants.
