Which is a better environment for your implants to heal—a flexible “healing” denture that can break, or Nuvia’s permanent teeth that can withstand up to 520+ pounds of force*? We place your permanent teeth the day after surgery so your implants get the stable support they need while your body naturally heals.
Dealing with failing teeth all the time takes more energy than people often realize. It isn’t until you’re no longer having to battle with temporary solutions, cover or hide your smile, or adjust what you eat that you realize just how much of a mental load they create. With full mouth dental implants, you can have a life where you aren’t worried about your teeth or having to plan around them. For many patients, this is one of the first steps to feeling like themselves again.
See More Smile TransformationsWhen replacing teeth, not all solutions are the same. If you’re tired of the discomfort of dentures, struggling with failing teeth, or just want to enjoy a full smile again, dental implants can give you a fresh start and permanent solution. At Nuvia you can get:
Patients from Schertz, Cibolo, and Seguin come to Nuvia after being told they weren’t candidates elsewhere. But with our advanced techniques and highly trained oral & maxillofacial surgeons and restorative dentists, even those who thought they had no options left have been able to get a new smile.
If you’ve been turned away before, it’s time to find out what’s really possible. Take the 60-second quiz to see if you may be a candidate for dental implants in San Antonio.
Traditional dentures are removable and temporary, often requiring constant upkeep and added costs over time. Dental implants—sometimes called permanent dentures—are fixed in place, helping many patients avoid that cycle while gaining a more stable, long-lasting solution.

For a lot of people, past dental visits haven’t exactly been easy. That’s why Nuvia often feels different—the whole process is designed with you in mind. You’re comfortably asleep under anesthesia while a CRNA monitors you and your oral surgeon performs the procedure, with two licensed professionals focused on your safety the entire time.

Each patient receives essential post-op supplies, instructions, and emergency contacts for ongoing support

All dental instruments undergo a rigorous multi-step sterilization process, maintaining the utmost hygiene standards.

Our treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every patient, creating a pristine environment for your care.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists ensure you are safely asleep and comfortable, while our skilled surgeons focus solely on crafting your perfect smile.

Rest easy, knowing that your breathing is in expert hands throughout your procedure with our secured airway protocol.

Our state-of-the-art 3D scanning technology allows us to meticulously plan implant positions, minimizing risks and ensuring precise results.

With our expert anesthetists at your side, you'll safely and comfortably sleep through the entire procedure.

Our team, comprising seasoned surgeons, attentive assistants, skilled anesthetists, and restorative doctors, are artisans in their fields.

Our patients often express amazement at the minimal discomfort they feel after surgery. Most find that over-the-counter pain relievers suffice for a day or two after surgery

What are All-on-4® dental implants?
All-on-4® dental implants are a full-arch tooth replacement system that uses four strategically placed titanium implants to support a complete set of fixed teeth—so instead of replacing teeth one by one, you restore your entire smile at once.
Am I a candidate for All-on-4® dental implants?
Many patients in San Antonio may qualify, especially if you:
The best way to know for sure is to have your specific case checked out. The first step is taking the 60-second quiz.
All-on-4®: The traditional approach vs permanent teeth in 24 hours—what’s the difference?
Traditional full mouth implant processes can require up to 10+ months before you actually have a set of permanent teeth attached to your implants. Nuvia uses the All-on-4® method that many other providers do, but has a drastically different way of getting patients their final teeth making it possible for you to get permanent teeth in just 24 hours.
