Meet Your Doctors in Philadelphia

At Nuvia Philadelphia, every patient gets a dedicated team — an oral surgeon, a restorative dentist, and a licensed CRNA — each with one job and one focus throughout your procedure. No one is splitting attention across multiple roles. This team regularly takes on complex cases that other Philadelphia-area providers have turned away, including patients with advanced bone loss and prior failed implants.

Dr. Nessim Temstet, DMD, MS

Dr. Temstet grew up in France and moved to the US at 18 years old. He completed his undergraduate degree in New York and went on to complete dental school at the University of Penn and has stayed near the area since then.

Inspired by many family members working in the dental field, Dr. Temstet knew that he wanted to pursue a career in dentistry where he could improve people’s lives by restoring their smiles.

Dr. Temstet has seen patients struggle with temporary teeth during his time as a restorative dentist in Philadelphia. He quickly recognized that Nuvia’s ability to provide patients with permanent teeth in 24 hours could transform the patient experience and knew he wanted to be involved. He is excited to be a part of the Nuvia Dental Implant Center team in Philadelphia, PA

Outside of the Office

When he isn’t working as a restorative dentist, Dr Temstet stays busy with his two young boys. He also loves off-road motorbiking and finding new routes to ride.

Can Dental Implants in Philadelphia Be Affordable?

Cost is a big factor when it comes to considering dental implants. However, full mouth dental implants can be more affordable than people think. Especially when you consider the cost of NOT getting dental implants.

Think about it—how much is the cost of living with missing teeth

Constant dental repairs, ill-fitting dentures, and declining oral health all add up. On the other hand, dental implants are a one-time investment that can help restore confidence, function, and quality of life.

You may be wondering how so many people from Trenton to Wilmington and everywhere in between are paying for a new smile. The truth is around 92% of Nuvia patients use affordable financing plans to break the cost into manageable monthly payments.

Whether you’re in Center City, Fishtown, or out in Cherry Hill, an affordable payment plan could make permanent teeth in 24 hours a reality for you.

Before and After Nuvia Dental Implant in Philadelphia

What Life Could Look Like a Year From Now

A year from now you've stopped stressing about sitting down for a meal at a restaurant. You're in the photos instead of behind the camera. You're not hiding your mouth every time you laugh or speak in a meeting. Patients who get full mouth dental implants rarely talk about the procedure — they talk about what changed afterward.

And beyond the confidence boost so many patients report, there's a real health impact: failing teeth accelerate jawbone loss and are linked to cardiovascular disease and diabetes. A permanent solution helps reduce risk of both problems at once.

Dental Implant Services

Whether you want new teeth to confidently share in photos or to be able to chew your food again, dental implants can get you there.

At Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Philadelphia, patients from nearby in Willow Grove or Fort Washington and those traveling from afar can receive:

  • All-on-4® Dental Implants – A strategic method of using four dental implants per top or bottom set of teeth. Even those who have experienced some bone loss can get full mouth dental implants with the All-on-4® method.

  • Zygomatic Dental Implants – Patients who have had severe bone loss in their top jawbone could still get a new smile with zygomatic implants. These require a more technical procedure that the experienced team at Nuvia is equipped to handle.

  • Permanent Zirconia Teeth in 24 Hours – Skip the long wait times and temporary acrylic teeth that come with the traditional approach of dental implants. At Nuvia, each patient gets their final, custom-fit zirconia teeth just 24 hours after the procedure.

What to Expect at Nuvia Philadelphia

Before your procedure, here's how the process works: You start with a free consultation where your team images your jaw and gives you a clear answer on candidacy, treatment, and cost.

From there you design your new smile with the restorative dentist — shape and shade. On procedure day, a licensed CRNA puts you under general anesthesia while the oral surgeon places your implants. You wake up with the hard part done.

Twenty-four hours later you return for your permanent zirconia teeth, crafted overnight in our in-house lab. Most Philadelphia-area providers offering All-on-4® attach temporaries on surgery day and schedule final teeth for what could be up to 10+ months later — that wait doesn't happen at Nuvia.

Dentures vs Dental Implants Comfort Comparison:

Dentures are often described as a solution for missing teeth — but for most people who wear them, the daily reality tells a different story. They can shift when you eat and speak. They cover the palate which often dulls the taste of food. Adhesives can become part of the daily routine. For a significant number of patients, they cause chronic gum irritation that never fully resolves.

All-on-4® dental implants are different. They’re fixed in place and feel nothing like a removable appliance. There's no adhesive, no nightly removal, and no readjusting mid-meal. Patients consistently describe the comfort difference as immediate — and unlike dentures, implants stimulate the jawbone rather than sitting on top of it, which stops the bone loss that changes facial structure over time.

Comfort

Comfort Isn't an Upgrade Here

At Nuvia in Philadelphia, a licensed CRNA administers and monitors general anesthesia for every procedure — not just numbing and not laughing gas. You're completely asleep while the surgeon works, with a dedicated professional whose only focus is your safety and comfort throughout.

Most Philadelphia-area providers offering full-arch implants don't staff a CRNA for every procedure. At Nuvia it's standard, not optional — and for patients who have been avoiding this because of dental anxiety, it's usually the detail that makes getting a new smile feel possible.

FAQs About Dental Implants in Philadelphia

How is Nuvia's process different from other All-on-4 providers in Philadelphia?
Most All-on-4® providers place temporary teeth on surgery day while permanent teeth are fabricated off-site over the following months (potentially up to 10+!). Nuvia's in-house lab builds your permanent zirconia teeth overnight — you return and leave 24 hours later with your final teeth, not a placeholder.

How much do full mouth dental implants cost in Philadelphia?
Cost varies based on extractions needed, bone health, and restoration scope. Our free Full Mouth Dental Implant Cost and Information Guide breaks down what drives pricing and how most patients finance treatment.

Are dental implants done under anesthesia at Nuvia?
Yes — a licensed CRNA administers general anesthesia for every procedure. You're completely asleep, not just sedated. It's standard at Nuvia, not an upgrade.

I have significant bone loss. Can I still get dental implants?
Possibly. All-on-4® angles implants to work with the bone you have, so many patients turned away elsewhere still qualify. For more advanced cases, zygomatic implants offer an additional path. A consultation with imaging gives you a clear answer.

What can I eat after getting dental implants?
You'll start on a soft-food diet right away. Most patients are cleared for unrestricted eating around the four-month mark.

Does dental insurance cover implants in Pennsylvania?
Most insurance plans including medicare and medicaid, don't cover full-arch treatment, though some cover portions of extractions. 92% of Nuvia patients use financing to make their new smile affordable— our team walks through all options at your consultation.
