Dr. DeLoach grew up in a small town in eastern Washington and later attended Utah State University, where he studied pre-dental before completing dental school. His deep love for the outdoors is reflected in his life outside the clinic. Residing in Utah, he enjoys the state's natural beauty through activities like fishing, hunting, hiking, and playing pickleball with his wife. A devoted family man, Dr. DeLoach is a proud father of six and grandfather to fifteen.

Meet Dr. Baxter, a dedicated oral & maxillofacial surgeon at Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Salt Lake City, UT and Denver, CO. His journey into oral surgery began during his pre-med undergraduate studies when a guest speaker, who was an oral surgeon, sparked his interest in the field. That moment shaped his career path, leading him to what he does now, providing life-changing smiles and second chances to his patients.

Having been a patient himself, Dr. Baxter understands the importance of a positive experience and is committed to providing just that. His joy in watching the transformative power of a new smile is second only to the happiness he finds in his family life.

Outside of the Office

When not in the office, Dr. Baxter is a loving dad who enjoys cooking and BBQing, spending time on the water boating, traveling to new places, and loves movies and music.

Hello — I’m Dr. Jared Hall, Prosthodontist, and I’m proud to be part of the Nuvia team here in Salt Lake City, Utah.

You might ask — why implants? why Nuvia? For me, it all comes back to one idea: people deserve a smile that lets them live confidently, without fear or limitation. So many people hold back from eating, laughing, or even socializing because of missing or failing teeth. My passion is helping restore not just function and aesthetics, but dignity, joy, and quality of life.

I grew up here in Utah. I studied microbiology at Brigham Young University and went on to dental school in San Francisco. I then completed advanced prosthodontic training at the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center, where I focused on full-mouth reconstructions and implant dentistry. Working with our veterans — seeing their confidence return as we restored their smiles — is an experience I’ll always cherish.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of treating hundreds of full-mouth cases. I love meeting patients who think their only options are dentures or hiding their smile, and helping them transform — to eat what they want, speak clearly, and look in the mirror with pride again.

Joining Nuvia was a natural fit because their model matches what I believe: permanent teeth in 24 hours, avoiding months of temporary appliances and uncertainty. I work closely with our surgical, anesthesia, and lab teams so each patient has a seamless, comfortable, and clinically excellent journey from the first consultation to the final smile.

Outside the clinic, I’m a husband and a dad. I love skiing, cycling, fishing, camping — anything that gets our family outdoors. Those moments keep me grounded and energized so I can bring my very best to my patients.
