Our doctors are not just experts; they are visionaries in the field of dental implantology. With decades of surgical and restorative experience, and a passion for pioneering research, they are at the forefront of innovation.
Inspired by her brother who is a prosthodontist and implant surgeon in India, Dr. Gautam pursued a career in dentistry.
She got to see first hand how her brother was able to change lives everyday through restorative dentistry and wanted to be able to make a difference in patient’s lives as well.
She completed 5 years of dental school and 3 years of residency before moving to Florida where she did another 3 years of residency and 2 years of surgical implant fellowship.
Dr. Gautam has had years of experience doing dental implants the traditional way. She became very familiar with the drawbacks of giving patients temporary teeth for months as part of this traditional method and now loves that at Nuvia she can give her patients their final teeth in 24 hours.
While joining the Nuvia team in Minneapolis, Dr. Gautam recognized that Nuvia’s innovative approach to full mouth dental implants could completely transform the patient experience from one of frequent and inconvenient visits over the course of months to one where patients can begin a new chapter of life right away.
A recent hobby of Dr. Gautam has been learning traditional Indian dancing. She enjoys spending time with friends and is looking forward to exploring cooking as a hobby in her freetime.
Dr. Anderson’s interest in dentistry began after seeing his great uncle work in the field. That was enough to inspire him to go to dental school where he then was introduced to oral surgery. Dr. Anderson knew right away oral surgery was the field for him.
He completed dental school at University of Minnesota and went on to do his residency at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn, NY.
As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Anderson loves that he can help restore smiles. Full mouth dental implants; however, are some of the most fulfilling transformations for him to be part of.
Since being part of the Nuvia team, Dr. Anderson has been able to help patients who thought they wouldn’t be candidates for the procedure. His favorite part of the job is seeing patients fall in love with their new smiles.
When he isn’t at the office, Dr. Anderson loves to fish, snowmobile, and spend time with his son. They enjoy playing sports together, their favorites being football, basketball, and baseball.
